About The Position

ZOOZ (a PayU company) is a sophisticated payments platform that allows easy connectivity to multiple providers globally while leveraging data to optimize transactions. We help global online merchants to get paid.

We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition & HR Operations to join our people team to help us scale up.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performs full life cycle talent acquisition, including intake meetings, candidate sourcing/screening, interviewing, job offer negotiations for all roles to drive the highest talent quality possible
  • Leverage industry best practice to drive a professional and empowering talent acquisition experience for candidates and managers alike  
  • Own, operate and leverage the company’s talent acquisition tracking system
  • Owns ZOOZer’s onboarding experience and practices, ensuring a smooth and quick onboarding and enablement of all new employees
  • Partner with HRBP and the global HR team to lead all HR backend operational and employee services and processes throughout the employee life cycle
  • Own and expand the implementation of the HRIS system with full process and data functionality
  • Implement and maintain ongoing employee files and historical information in the document management system
  • Maintain one single source of HC and HR database that all company stakeholders can rely on in full coordination with Finance, IT, Security and Admin
  • Act as the Compensation & Benefits specialist for the team and managers including ongoing information and consultation
  • Maintain HR budget and back-office database and workflow

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition in the global technology space
  • BA / B.Sc in Human Resources, Psychology or related behavioral sciences, advanced degrees an advantage
  • Knowledge of employment/labor law and payroll process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, HR systems
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written in English a must
  • Experience managing talent acquisition & solid selection & assessment skills
  • Proven ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to develop candidate pipelines
  • Attention to detail, coupled with superior analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize workload, effectively managing conflicting priorities daily, move fast and act independently
